Disclosures:

  • Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to provide 48 hours notice of cancellation. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance but can be applied to a future booking. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the booking cost. Cancellation fees will automatically be charged to the card on file by 6pm of business day unless client provides another method of payment.

  • Returned Payments: A $30 fee applies to all returned credit card and check payments.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Please inform us within 24 hours if you are not satisfied with the service, and we will return to clean again.

  • Safety: For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot move furniture over 25lbs or items that are difficult to handle and require two people. However, we will clean the areas around and underneath furniture to the best of our ability using extendable dusters, brooms and vacuums.
